It's 1984 and Andy Warhol makes Levi's Jeans the subject of several paintings. Jump to 2005 and Levi's has returned the love by making him the subject of their new line appropriately called, "Warhol Factory X Levi's". Currently producing a small amount of premium styled denim, tops, jackets, and jumpers, 2007 looks like to be the year the collection breaks out into the mainstream. Jeans in the line, which also harbor sub-lines range from $190-250 while running $80-300 for tops. Not a bad price to pay to have Warhol inspired avante-garde design throughout your jeans. Only if the jeans took the route of sourcing their denim such as those of PRPS in the form of imported organic African cotton... But still, Warhol on your jeans?
