AOL Customer Service sucks ass!!!

BY: TOSHIAol customer service should take one up the ass!!! It took me an hour and a half to cancel my account with them. They just don't listen to you. The words "CAN YOU JUST CANCEL MY DAMN ACCOUNT" doesn't get through to them.... at the end I told them to not just cancel the account but to terminate and destroy my screen name so it doesn't even exist on this planet... and the response I get was "why would you do that sir!! You're able to use your user name for free after you cancel sir!.. and blah blah blah text book robot crap...blah blah.." then they started to ask me what service I currently use. I told them I stopped using the internet because AOL SUCKS!!!
